ZS- India Capability and Expertise Centers house more than 60% of ZS people across two locations based in Pune and Gurgaon. Our teams work in conjunction with onshore colleagues to deliver our sales and marketing projects to our clients. The Centers primarily support client projects based in North America, Europe and East Asia in the areas of Business Analysis, Business Operations and Business Technology.

ZS Associates- Business Operations helps improve clients- marketing and sales functions and reduce costs. ZS identifies improvement opportunities and challenges, and design new processes that deliver substantial improvements in effectiveness and efficiency. We also offer outsourcing solutions that operate activities more effectively and at lower cost.

Job Description

Managers leverage their experience to take responsibility for projects and lead client relationships immediately. Managers enter ZS either as generalists across practice areas or industries, or as specialists within one area. As a BOM, you will:

- Deliver high quality results on business operations projects. For e.g., you could be leading a team that manages compensation programs for large sales teams. This will involve managing client relationships at one end and delivery teams at the other.

- Partner with onshore teams to develop new business with existing and new clients.

- Motivate, coach and serve as a role model for project team members.

Besides this, you will:

- Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and across practice areas.

- Play an active role in office initiatives (e.g. recruiting, training, etc.).

Qualifications

- 9 - 12 years- work experience in consulting with an MBA from a top university.

- Candidates with consulting/ advisory roles within leading companies may also apply

- Top tier MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

- Extensive team management and project delivery experience.

- Project work experience focused on the sales and/or marketing functions is preferred. Equivalent expertise in areas like supply chain management may be considered.

- Highly analytical with strong quantitative skills.
