ZS- India Capability and Expertise Centers house more than 60% of ZS people across two locations based in Pune and Gurgaon. Our teams work in conjunction with onshore colleagues to deliver our sales and marketing projects to our clients. The Centers primarily support client projects based in North America, Europe and East Asia in the areas of Business Analysis, Business Operations and Business Technology.

ZS- Business Operations group helps improve clients- marketing and sales functions and reduce costs. ZS identifies improvement opportunities and challenges, and design new processes that deliver substantial improvements in effectiveness and efficiency. We also offer outsourcing solutions that operate activities more effectively and at lower cost.

Job Description

Business Operations Consultants (BOCs) manage overall projects and client engagements. They support our clients- marketing and sales activities and ensure productivity and profitability in their business operations. As Business Operations Consultants advance in their career, they may choose to specialize in a particular industry, operations practice area and/or client relationship. As a BOC, you will:

- Enable and support marketing and sales business processes

- Define operational models for our clients with standard operating procedures, governance criteria, roles and responsibilities

- Lead major process enablement and re-engineering initiatives

- Manage large teams across offices and coordinate multiple work streams to produce high-quality results

- Provide thought leadership and innovation, advising internal groups and leading initiatives on business operations excellence

- Manage client relationships to ensure long-term strategic partnerships

- Participate in business and strategy development

- Work on multiple client engagements, strengthening analytic and project management skills

Qualifications

Graduates with a bachelor- s/master's degree in technology or engineering and a MBA, plus 4-5 years of prior project management experience in technology or operations. In lieu of an MBA, 5-8 years of relevant work experience may substitute. In addition to a strong academic record of analytic and quantitative work, typically demonstrated through consistent top marks in university, we seek individuals with the following personal skills:
