About the ZS Associates, India Capability and Expertise Centers:- ZS has two Capability and Expertise centers in Pune and Gurgaon. With over 1,700+ employees, they have witnessed dramatic growth. Today over 60% of ZS's people are based in the Capability and Expertise Centers. Our teams within the Centers work in conjunction with onshore colleagues to deliver all types of sales and marketing projects to our clients. The centers primarily support projects for US and Europe clients, in the areas of Business Analytics, Business Operations and Business Technology.

- ZS collaborates with clients to design their solutions and provides capability building and outsourcing services that deliver substantial improvements in effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Description :

Business Operations Associate Consultant(BOACs) take ownership of operating business processes, optimize the processes, create client deliverables, and respond to ad hoc queries from the clients. BOACs manage Sales and Marketing operations/processes of clients on an ongoing basis. As a BOAC, you will:

- Understand client business issues, operating business rules, data, and processes

- Incorporate process changes in response to evolving business needs

- Operate business processes for clients on a periodic basis. This includes synthesizing data, performing quality checks and creating error free deliverables

- Interact with internal or client teams to resolve any issues with process inputs

- Respond to ad hoc requests from the clients relating to the deliverables

- Identify and implement business process enhancements

- Mentor, coach and guide associates in the team

- Develop deep expertise in developing processes for solving client's sales and marketing problems and share the same with the team

At ZS, project teams are typically small with people drawn from all levels of the organization and often from different offices. Your learning is accelerated through frequent interactions with experts. While most of the work will be done in India, there may be trips to the US or Europe for knowledge transfer, training, and exposure to the

ZS culture. As a member of a ZS team, you will grow over a period of time to help facilitate and manage client relationships.

Qualifications :

Graduates from any engineering discipline with 3 years of experience in quantitative or Market Research or operations (IT) type of projects. The common denominator in an individual's success is a strong academic record and evidence of superior analytic skills.

- Innate quality orientation with an eye for detail

- Excellent task management and organizational skills

- Problem solving skills and an ability to think through solutions in a structured environment

- Very strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work in a team environment. Global exposure or experience of having worked in global cross office teams is preferred

- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiatives with a strong work ethic

- Strong business acumen

- Prior team leading experience will be an added advantage
