About L&D Associate :

- As we continue to grow our firm, we are currently looking for a 'Learning & Expertise Development - Global Learning and Expertise Development Associate' to join our office in Gurgaon, India.

- The Global Learning and Expertise Development Associate will partner with business stakeholders across various offices to ensure seamless training delivery.

- The role will coordinate training scheduling and delivery logistics (60%), and develop training analytics and measurement reports (40%) as part of the Global Learning and Expertise Development Team.

- The role manages training processes and execution to ensure effective communications, scheduling, registration, delivery and metrics reporting.

- The Global Training Delivery Associate will report directly to the Global Training Delivery Lead as part of the Global Learning & Expertise Development team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business leaders and facilitators across various offices to schedule training, implement communication plans, manage participant enrollments, and coordinate training logistics

- Implement different methods for training analytics and reporting

- Manage course scheduling and tracking on the ZS internal Learning Management System

- Ensure completion of various post-training activities such as assessments, participant feedback, and participation data recording

- Partner with Learning & Expertise Development geographic leads to assist in Training Planning

- Team with subject matter experts to implement and evaluate training and other learning resources

- Partner with L&ED Program Leads to coordinate and schedule flagship programs

Requirements :

- Minimum Bachelor's degree

- Relevant experience in Training & Development (1 to 4 Years)

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization

- Good skills in data analytics and reporting; Intermediate MS-Excel skills a must

- Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with project team members and extended stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate deliverables

- Prior experience in operating a Learning Management System

- Good task management and organizational skills
