Zotlay is an online marketplace for used product, started around an year back with a vision to disrupt the classified industry. Team Zotlay includes working professionals coming from reputed institutions & organizations like IIT Delhi, IIT Mumbai / McKinsey, American Express, Capital one and Flipkart. They have vast experience and wide knowledge in various domains like Technology, Sales, Marketing etc. Currently, Zotlay is in growth phase and is reaching new levels every other day.

Work role :

- Work with the management team and develop new strategies and plans for further business expansion.

- Implement new plans for the operations department, making the more efficient, scalable and cost-efficient.

- Identifies various channels for vendor and customer acquisition and maintain excellent client relationship.

- Initiates and completes proposal and presentation for new business opportunities.

- Sets self targets for increase in sales and company's growth.

Requirements :

- The candidate should have a university / bachelors degree from one of the tier-1 or tier-2 colleges - IIT, IIM, ISB, MDI etc. Past entrepreneurs are also encouraged to apply.

- 2- 5 yrs. of prior experience in sales and operations department, preference will be given to candidates coming from an e-commerce background or mobile phones industry.

- Strong, responsible and self-motivated person, who is able to work under pressure as the opening is for one of the key positions in the company.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

- The candidate should be comfortable travelling to Bangalore and Mumbai from time to time.
