- Responsible for field service operation in terms of geographically and call volume mapping of service center network, identify the skill of service center manpower, observe the service center performance and have command over them.
- Identify the service setups mainly for the consumer durable industry.
- Monitoring daily calls flow and ensure it should be done in desired TAT.
- Responsible for the cost of repair within his network.
- Identify and find the various resources of service spare parts procurement.
- Handling the sales Chanel distributor and LFR'S and their regular field visit.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and channel satisfaction.
