Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and address customer inquiries or concerns. 5. Paid Campaign Execution & Management: - Create and optimize paid campaigns on multiple platforms. Set up and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, including bid management and budget allocation. Monitor and adjust campaign performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs). 6. Budget Management: - Manage and allocate budget effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor spending and adjust bids to achieve cost per acquisition (CPA) goals. 7. Platform Management: - Manage and optimize social media accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others. Stay up-to-date with platform algorithms, features, and best practices. 8. Analytics and Reporting: - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports. Analyze data to identify trends, track campaign success, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 9. Collaboration: - Coordinate with other departments, such as PR, Product Marketing, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
