Zopper - Senior Product Manager - IIM/XLRI/FMS/IIT

Responsibilities

- Must have built and managed a mobile product

- Own the product strategy, roadmap and requirements - ranging from a release cycle of few weeks to a couple of years

- Work closely with customers, top management, product, analytics and engineering teams to deliver results on key business priorities

- Translate strategic goals into product requirements, ability to form independent hypotheses, validate and iterate fast

- Practitioner of data-driven product management. Be the voice of customer in the organization

- Ability to take decisions in an ambiguous and sometimes data-scarce environment

- Keen eye for technology and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the trends and competition

- Experience working with Analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, Flurry, AppsFlyer, MixPanel or ComScore

- Comfortable working in an Agile and highly dynamic start-up environment

Desired Candidate Profile:

- B.Tech and MBA from tier 1 institutes only (MBA from IIM / XLRI / FMS only)

- 3-6 years of post-MBA experience as a product manager, preferably in the Internet mobile industry. Professionals from e-commerce domain would be preferred

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills with focus on getting things done
