We are a 11-year old organization, with key investors as Tiger Global, Nirvana Ventures and Blume Ventures, Creaegis, ICICI Ventures and Bessemer Ventures Role and responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements and various management reports for the company - Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures in accordance with accounting standards and legal requirements - Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud - Manage cash flow, forecasting and budgeting processes, including working capital management - Assists in financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. - Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors. - Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. - Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data. - Prepares management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. - Complies with various regulatory requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports, and advising management on needed actions. - Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents - Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information - Summarize current financial status by collating information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports. - Ensure the timely updating of Financial records on regular basis on Tally Prerequisites: - CA Qualified or MBA Finance with minimum 8-12 Yrs of experience Years of experience in controllership role - Should be from a Big 4 or should have an experience of working with Big 4 in areas of Audit/Accounting/Tax - Exemplary history of financial project management
