Roles and Responsibilities : - Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives are met. - Handling customer complaints, maintaining good customer and channel partner relationships and ensuring repeat customers. - Manage servicing activities as per documented customer servicing processes and ensure compliances - Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues. - Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met. - Build a customer-first culture and root for them within the organization. - Customers feedback processing and analysis - Pre-empting the customer requirements beforehand to automate solutions with Tech team.
