We have two lines of business - Assurance and Insurance.
In the Assurance business, our key channel partners include Tata Croma, Xiaomi, HDB Finance (HDFC's NBFC), Cashify, Quikr, etc.
In the Insurance space, we enable various brokers and agents to sell health, life and motor insurance plans by using our platform BimaBoss.in. We also enable various fintechs/NBFC/microfinance/retail institutions to offer insurance plans to their customers via BlackSwan - our Insurance API platform.

Required Skillset
- Should have majority of experience in Operations mgmt in Insurance industry.
- Should be able to act on his/her own and manage requirements of internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to do data-driven decision making.
- Should have business acumen, and able to think data and structure reports in line with business requirements.

- Developing Processes, Strategies and SLAs.
- Ensuring seamless process flow meeting all peculiar operational requirements.
- Team management, development & training.
- Process enhancement & automation for the better experience of partners, users & customers.
- Escalations, Complaints, Retention & Grievance management.
- MIS and Information flow management for all stakeholders.
