Zopper - AM/DM - Process & Sales Training

Required Skill sets :

- 5-8 years overall experience Process & Sales Training experience

- Should have excellent presentation /communication skills

- Advanced MS Office Skills required

- Ability to maintain and create training MIS

Brief Description about the role :

- Conduct Sales, Service & Process Training for Sales Team

- Conduct TNA/ TNI and take stakeholder VOC for content development

- Responsible for training requirements of all the portfolios managed.

- Responsible for new hire & refresher training

- Maintaining the quality and post refresher effectiveness of refresher/ corrective training's for the portfolios managed.

- Ensure Standard Operating Procedure is adhered to for every business.

- To analyse/ manage data for training's.

- To mentor/ coach and counsel trainers and develop their skills.

- To co-ordinate with other support functions operation & quality on process requirements.

- This role requires travel Pan India, person should be willing to travel for conducting programs

- eCommerce experience preferable
