The - Community team within ZoomRx is responsible for building, managing and engaging our global community of healthcare experts who participate in - ZoomRx market research studies. WHAT : What Sr. Associate - Community Operations @ ZoomRx does : - Innovate and orchestrate multi-channel, targeted online marketing campaigns to build the ZoomRx community of healthcare professionals. - Create and manage campaign content based on the research scope and the channel used. - Strategize novel methods to engage the community of healthcare professionals to ensure an active community. - Analyze complex data sets and employ statistical methods to produce actionable insights that would better panel management. - Build analytical capabilities to track nuanced metrics that would better reflect user behavior. - Collaborate with multiple internal teams and refine ZoomRx's product capabilities to enhance user experience. - Coordinate with our NGO partners to identify charitable contribution opportunities for members of our community. - Coordinate and forge a lasting relationship with our global vendors to supplement and diversify our healthcare expert community. - Execute strict quality control measures in both external and internal operations. - Lead internal teams to execute complex projects. - Mentor and manage reporting associates and chart development plans. WHO : Someone with the following skills : - 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics; customer or campaign management. - Managerial experience with strong leadership skills; ability to lead internal teams and drive high-impact projects. - Proficiency in common business software tools; proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word is imperative. - Familiarity with tools used for digital marketing, data analysis and analytics; ability to learn new tools quickly and independently. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to create marketing content for highly targeted audiences. - Strong adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment.
