What does your day look like as a Talent Acquisition Manager at ZoomRx?

- Source, attract and engage high-caliber talent to join ZoomRx

- Mentor and manage team to deliver exceptional talent with great velocity

- Work with stakeholders to solve the recruitment challenges for their teams

- Evaluate and screen potential hires, and assist them through the interview and hiring process

- Plan and organize campus recruitment drives

- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

- Create strong talent pipelines for the company's current and future hiring needs

- Continuously work to expand awareness of career openings at the company

- Become an ambassador for the organization and compellingly speak to our core values, professional development opportunities and culture

- Leverage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System

What do we look for in you?

- 10-15 years of experience in a talent acquisition role

- Excellent team management and mentoring skills

- Experience with sourcing methods and tools

- Strong experience in technical and campus hiring

- Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written

- Previous experience in recruiting for niche roles roles preferred

- Master's degree
