Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Job Description: The person shall be responsible for the vehicle sale process of the Company. Key task under this process will be as below: - Identification of vehicles to be sold under sale plan. - Coordination with 40+ cities operation team for smooth sale process. - Ensuring that defined process is followed and regular update to get real time status of each car sold. - Obtaining the sale quotation for vehicles. - Ensuring cars are blocked for sale on time. - Ensuring that all devices, sticker etc are removed before handing over the vehicle (Follow up from different City teams and updating in tracker) - Ensuring all documents as required for sale are obtained from different stakeholders i.e Finance, Ops, etc. and updating in tracker - Ensuring car ownership transfer is done by agent within due timelines to avoid any liability on the Company. - Ensuring all payments of car received as per terms of sale agreement within due date. - Ensuring all sales invoices and money receipt vouchers are generated by accounts team and shared with buyer before handing over of vehicle. - Decision to be taken on insurance renewals as per Company's policy for cars held for sale.
