Shape Zoomcar's insurance strategy by developing a very granular view of the business requirements and market realities 2. Own the end-to-end life cycle of insurance at Zoomcar - starting from purchase of insurance, choice of insurance carriers, designing and developing new products to suit the changing business needs and claims management 3. Develop a data driven decision framework to execute the insurance strategy 4. Set-up and drive a strong operational process to ensure high ROIs on insurance investments for the company, Lead Zoomcar's relationships with various industry participants, including insurance companies, insurance brokers, regulators and other allied players 5. Drive the key business initiatives in providing solutions to insurance companies. 6. Act as an SME and assist the management in all matters related to insurance. 7. Work with product team to redefine customer communications to ensure seamless insurance processes ( incase of an accident/ Breakdown scenario) 8. Proactively work with IOT devices team on accident prevention technology to reduce accident rates and control claim ratios What you should have : 1. Prior experience of dealing with Insurance intermediaries - Brokers, service providers, Insurance companies, etc. 2. Should have strong functional knowledge of motor insurance - claims, underwriting and business. 3. Should have in-depth understanding of nuances of insurance processes, rules and regulations. 4. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and SQL (Preferred) 5. Experience in developing novel insurance solutions by coordinating with multiple stakeholders. What we offer: 1.
