Job Description:

Manager retention is responsible for driving Repeat Rates and Life Time Value (LTV) for various acquisition channels. The candidate should have a firm handle on how to work and analyse various consumer cohorts to derive actionable marketing insights from data, leading to a strategic frame work and planning for consumer retention. A retention manager should be able to connect seamlessly across analytics, technology and product teams for marketing automation and retention implementation.

While being data driven is a necessity for this role at the same time the candidate should be creative to work out compelling and persuasive marketing communication for retention campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

- Needs to own the entire consumer life cycle post booking.

- Ability to conceptualize and define consumer segments and drive loyalty and repeats across the segments

- Create and execute strategies for user engagement on web/app basis consumer segmentation/cohorts

- Minimize consumer churn and increase repeat rates and repeat velocity for consumers across segments and cohorts

- Own and drive the repeat revenues and LTVs for customers

- Work closely with Analytics and tech team for building required retention automation

- Work closely with product teams to build products and experiences which will drive loyalty and hence retention and repeat revenues

- Awareness and know-how to work with existing and latest retention tools and automation platforms

- Design and execute retention campaigns for mobile web, apps and web platforms

- Should be able to work closely with brand and creative teams to build the right communication and proposition for various retention campaigns

- Continuously Hypothesize and do A/B or Test/Control testing for validation before implementation

- Generate and circulate the weekly/monthly retention reports to various stakeholders
