Key Responsibilities :

- Lead analytics projects guiding overall analytical sophistication

- Develop and implement analytical/machine learning methodologies and solutions that integrate diverse techniques, tools and technologies to generate deeper analytical insights

- Identify and create business opportunities for the development and redesign of data-driven products and solutions

- Manage and aid in building a high class analytics team

- Work as a team to achieve business objectives.

Desired Skills / Experience :

- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, numerical capabilities (Data interpretation and comfort with numbers) and structured thinking a must.

- Expectation to work hands-on

- Knowledge of data manipulation languages like SAS/R/SQL

- Knowledge of basic modeling techniques like regression, CART, time series

- Passionate about solving problems, quality and learning new technologies

- Strong sense of team work, ownership, and accountability
