Zoomcar.com - Lead/Head/Senior Manager/Associate Director - Asset Management

About the role:

Looking for a strong leader to join Zoomcar to completely own, develop and lead the end to end execution of Zoomcar's asset management strategy. Candidate will be responsible for asset investment decisions and delivering strong asset returns (assets include cars, e-scooter, may be other form factors in the future!).

Job Description:

- Shape Zoomcar's asset management strategy by developing a very granular view of the business requirements and market realities

- Influence key asset investment decisions by forming a view on over-all asset returns

- Develop a data driven decision framework to execute asset management strategy

- Build, mentor and manage a team of key managers including asset purchase, asset disposal, insurance strategy and work with key business heads to improve asset performance during ownership lifecycle

- Lead Zoomcar's relationships with various industry participants, including OEMs, dealers, leasing companies, secondhand car market participants, insurance companies, insurance brokers and financing providers

- Keep abreast of latest market developments; study various comparable markets and

Requirements:

- Preferred experience from a top tier management consulting firm or other start-up P&L management roles. Will also consider candidates with significant relevant experience from leading Indian auto manufacturers, leasing companies, etc.

- MBA or Masters from a top tier school with understanding of basic corporate finance is preferred

- Top notch written, spoken and presentation skills

- Understanding of P&L management
