We're gearing up for a big bang ATL campaign and looking for a seasoned brand expert to lead the brand marketing efforts for various categories - ZAP Subscribe, Zoomcar renter business, PEDL and Bikes

Job Description :

- Lead the brand strategy and working on all brand Campaigns to uniquely position Zoomcar, PEDL, Bikes and ZAP Subscribe as the ideal mobility solutions thereby leading to higher loyalty, preference and cementing the leadership position.

- Lead a team of brand manager, content and social media leads and design team.

- Spearhead the ATL (TV, Outdoor, Radio, OTT)brand launch and sustenance campaigns. Work with Media buying head and chalk out media mix for ATL campaigns.

- Work with external mainline agencies - Both creative and media. This candidate will head the entire Brand & Social media marketing efforts for the company, he/she will be responsible for building salience for the brand and the individual product lines. This will include spearheading campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital among other channels.

- Lead mainline media & digital media research projects across the business generating actionable insights for the brand teams to execute upon - Brand track, hypothesis validation, qual/quant research methodologies.

- Own strategic direction, implementation, performance measurement & evolution of consumer programs within ATL & digital channels to incite user acquisition, consumer retention, engagement, win-back & advocacy.

Desired background & Skillset :

- Proven experience as Brand Head - 8+ years of experience in marketing/brand

- Preferably from a leading E-commerce brand, leading consumer internet start-up, Smartphone/Handset OEM, FMCG/FMCD industry

- Prior track record in brand launches, ATL, and great agency relationships.

- Preferably from top notch B-school - IIMs/ISB/MDI/FMS/MICA etc.

- Excellent leadership and organizing skills

- Analytical and creative thinking

- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills

- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices

- Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
