Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Planning & Executing the Company's offline/online marketing Strategy, creating and maintaining local partnership or corporate tie-ups, developing market strategies on brand awareness, generating inbond traffic and encouraging product adoption & coordination for brand development.

- Responsible for ongoing direct customer interaction on all marketing channels as well as planning the event

- Designing & Implementing branding exercises in Malls, IT Parks, Corporates, and Colleges etc.

- Developing Communication relating to marketing initiatives & activities.

- Vendor Management, Agency Management and Budgeting.

- The role will be highly creative in nature and will require unconventional approaches to building awareness

- Align task with expected deliverables on-time.and engaging the local community. Sometimes, a little wackiness can go a long way

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory and MBA preferable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate within and outside the organization.

- Good presentation skills, Strong negotiator and willing to travel for work.

- 4+ years of hands on experience in marketing and handling team.

- Must be able to work under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary support to the team.

- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills.

- Good research skills and attention to detail in the fast paced environment.

Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA
