Role Description: (Looking for only Female candidate for this role ) 1. Work with the founder on building the practices that are aligned to the overallorganisational goal . 2. Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads. 3. Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management and initiative implementation. 4. Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and functional leaders, performing an array of strategic &amp; administrative tasks. 5. Clearly demonstrated ability to launch new initiatives with meaningful financial impact. 6. Driving &amp;chasing organisational wide OKR &amp; other functional performance indicators. 7. Build and develop relationships with all major stakeholders for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects. 8. Working closely with top management and decision makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth, define and optimize processes- 9. Working with business teams closely and help drive cross-functional alignment &amp; efficiency. Key Skills/Attributes 1. Strong understanding of P&amp;L with baseline financial acumen 2. Experience in a fast-paced growing technology start-up is preferred. 3. Ability to share and seek feedback across functions. 4. Well versant with business challenges (operational &amp; strategic) and ability to manage the same in an early-stage start-up. 5. Strong understanding of unit economics. 6. Extraordinary communication skills. 7. Very strong analytical &amp; logical skills.
