Zoomcar.com - Associate Director - Supply Chain

Role would be involve Supply Chain fulfillment, Design & Strategy, Transportation, Warehousing, Packaging, Demand and Capacity planning & Operations. Process design, Metrics and KPI design and monitoring. First mile, Middle mile & Last mile.

Responsibilities :

- Built Strategy for first mile, Middle mile and Last mile and fulfillment design

- Demand planning and capacity planning.

- Inventory strategy for first mile and distribution strategy to dealers.

- Create the company's supply chain strategy

- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues

- Evaluate and report on KPIs

- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth with complex stakeholder management

- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)

- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards

- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
