Associate/Business Manager - Vizag

Role and Responsibility :

- Responsible for overall Business and P&L for the hub.

- Equal amount of focus on Growth, Profitability and Experience

- Growth Be nimble around identifying and sustaining growth opportunities understanding macro-environment and product-market fit

- Responsible for hiring and managing blue collared employees for running operations

- Responsible for overall operations metrics of city

- Work closely with the Marketing manager on projects related to on-ground activation, OOH displays, creative design requirements and strategic tie ups with possible business partners.

- Ensure timely execution of BTL activities including getting all collaterals, set up, promoters ready for the event.

- Work closely with central marketing, operations and support teams and use these resources to streamline the regional performance

- Lead the Zoomcar Associate Program for the city to onboard new supply on the Zoomcar platform

- Ability and drive for execution

- Strong stakeholder management skills across the chain

- Prior P&L management experience will be a bonus
