Position :
- The person will be working in the marketing team and will be responsible for managing performance marketing for Facebook channel.
- He will be responsible for managing spends and campaigns on Facebook; Analyzing the results and finding ways to optimize the spends to maximize sessions/conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to single-handedly manage and scale Facebook campaigns (inc. Instagram), for both B2C and B2B; experiment based approach to optimizing, scaling and learning
- Analytical skills required to optimize campaigns and drive better conversions, focusing more on new customer acquisition
- Excellent understanding of structuring in all the areas from campaign objectives to targeting in adsets and communication
- Managing external agencies through regular communications and meetings
- Writing copies for the campaigns; aligning with the creative team to deliver the right messaging on the content
- Ownership: Able to own the key tasks and responsibilities
Desired Skills / Experience :
- Good hands on knowledge of SQL and Excel
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Segment etc. will be an added advantage
