Zoomcar.com - Assistant Manager - CRM/Retention
We are looking for someone who is data-driven and can improve customer retention for Zoomcar.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Drive CRM initiatives like build retention strategy and campaigns across mediums like PN, SMS and Email
- Create rules around messaging prioritization
- Run cohort analysis of customer segments and personalize messaging
- Take data-driven actions to improve retention metrics
- To work closely with category teams to improve retention & engagement metrics
- Understand the consumer lifecycle based on usage and create new avenues for customers to repeat
- Handle marketing automation campaigns and be the POC for the Marketing team for CRM related activities
Experience :
- 3 to 4 years of experience in retention
- Comfortable with handling a large amount of data
- Working knowledge of CRM automation tools like Clevertap, Mixpanel, WebEngage, MoEngage etc
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Prior eComm experience will be a major plus
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
