Zoomcar - Program Manager - Process Excellence

Zoomcar's Ops Excellence Team works towards ensuring a seamless experience throughout the lifecycle of customers(Renters and Hosts). Zoomcar aims to offer users the best experience of listing and renting the car, and in this role, you will be driving the key ops metric from both product and process standpoint. This team is going to be pivotal in transforming Zoomar into a pure-play marketplace for car rental.

Here's what we're looking for:

- Graduate in a Science Discipline ( Engineering background preferred) MBA desirable

- At least 1-3 years of post-qualification work experience

- Exhibits high analytical skills with a stronghold in Excel and SQL(preferred)

- Knowledge of Tableau and Python would be a definite plus.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Sound analytical and problem- solving skills with the ability to work in fast paced, ambiguous and pressure environments.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and engage and deliver results through cross functional engagements.
