About the Role:

Position: Manager

Experience: 4-8 years, exp in Marketplace

Qualification: B.Tech/MBA from Tier 1 institute

The candidate should be an independent thinker who is curious about how things work, is metrics driven and has an analytical mindset. This person should be good at seeing the big picture and execute on grass root level to improve the overall metric. Additionally, they are never satisfied with the status quo, can show success in following-up and getting things done.

Roles & Responsibilities

Followings are the responsibilities:

- End to end ownership of business metrics, and scale-up processes

- Periodically monitor and review performance of the metrics and take corrective & preventive measures

- Derive insights from data, create actionable business plans and put them into action

- Be the liaison between regional business stakeholders and product teams to successfully drive metric improvements

Must haves :

- Experience in driving support experience for sellers / vendors / suppliers

- Have worked on complaint reduction

- Should have handled - Chat- channel for customer support

- Team management experience

- Process improvement / deployment experience in multi city / geography environment
