Description:
- As the Supply Partnership Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving Zoomcar's growth by building and managing strategic partnerships that expand our car inventory.
- You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new supply partners, while fostering strong relationships with existing ones.
- This is a dynamic and results-oriented position that requires a strong understanding of the Indian car rental market and the ability to negotiate win-win partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for acquiring and managing supply-side partnerships.
- Identify and build relationships with potential car rental companies, dealerships, and individual car owners.
- Lead the negotiation and contracting process for new partnerships, ensuring alignment with Zoomcar's business objectives.
- Onboard new partners, ensuring a smooth integration with Zoomcar's platform and processes.
- Manage and maintain existing partner relationships, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to incentivize partner participation and achieve mutually beneficial growth.
- Analyze partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends in car rental and P2P car-sharing.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships that deliver results.
- Strong understanding of the Indian car rental market and P2P car-sharing landscape.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Result-oriented with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team (if applicable).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
