Zoomcar - Operations Manager We are looking for someone who is very strong on team management, data & process improvement. Someone who has the hunger to scale our ground operations in the region and ensure best customer experience is achieved via all necessary efforts! - Lead renter operations for all the cities in Delhi Hub - Manage the entire ground team to drive the best possible customer experience - Ensure all necessary metrics are driven in the best possible way & suggest improvements continuously - Identify gaps in operational performance in co-ordination with the central operations team - Define processes for improving the operational efficiency - Responsible for hiring and managing blue collared employees for running operations - Responsible for planning and monitoring execution of processes Background expected : - 3-4 years of experience is similar operations set up, preferably e-commerce - Solid team management skills, especially ground team who are blue/grey collared - Well versed with data (Excel, SQL, Tableau experience would be beneficial) - Someone who is process oriented and quickly identify gaps and fix them - Someone who is extremely driven to ensure that the customer experience provided is top notch
