Please visit www.zoomcar.com for a detail Roles & Responsibilities : - Work with finance teams to track key KPIs of the business and align their activities to the PL objectives of the company - Understand the business vertical in detail and contribute towards creating economies in the business through data driven insights and continuous monitoring of performance of the business - Conduct effective weekly / monthly reviews w.r.t performance of the business with key stakeholders across the organization - Track action items from reviews and work with various stakeholders in ensuring they have been acted upon in a timely manner - Derive insights from data, create actionable business reports - Enable in-depth understanding of the business to create better processes and alignment of systems across the business aimed at improving metrics through data-driven systems Must Haves : - Should have experience in Reporting and data analysis - Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Python, MS Excel etc. - At least 3 years of experience in owning end to end data & report management - Experience of working with multiple stakeholders spread geographically with varied interests - Startup experience (especially with online marketplaces) is a big plus What we offer : - Business finance is a great platform to grow into multiple roles across product, data science and other business functions like growth and operations - Opportunity to be part of a high growth start-up - Ownership in both design and execution of new ideas to improve process - Platform to work with multi-city, dynamic and diverse environment
