Practice Head - Digital Experience
The responsibilities include managing the digital experience services business unit including web experience, customer experiences, digital marketing, and MarTech automation. You should have in-depth experience leading content management, marketing automation, and digital marketing for customers across various verticals. The role will include building team, techno-commercial activities, and managing project delivery teams.
Job Role :
- Responsible for driving top-line growth of the business unit
- Build and execute strategies to grow digital experience business unit, including cutting-edge technologies and solutions
- Coordinate with marketing and sales activities and generate new accounts
- Manage and expand cross-functional teams of digital marketing, content management, web experiences, and MarTech
- Manage end-to-end solutions, project delivery, client interactions, and grow accounts through a value-driven approach
- Build vertical-based digital experience expertise in SaaS, B2B marketing, eCommerce, and more
- Forge industry partnerships with leading MarTech platforms as value-added services
- Report on the effectiveness, growth, and client retention of the business unit
Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, web platforms, content management and automation
- Extensive experience in digital marketing and web experience agency
- Experience on Drupal, Magento, Hubspot, and various DXPs is a plus
- Experience heading business units, and driving top-line growth
- Experience in hiring and managing large teams
- Successful track record in a strategic planning role
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey and relate ideas to others
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
