Content Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS)


We are on a hunt for a Content Marketing Manager for our Product Company Zonka Technologies. As a Content Marketing Manager, we'd be looking at someone who will have to wear many hats - build the company's content strategy, create content roadmap, create targeted and relevant content along with the team and plan and execute effective marketing of the content to generate marketing and sales qualified leads. All these with the focus and aim to capture attention of the target audience, be subject matter experts and gain qualified leads as well as do reporting on success metrics across integrated campaigns, blogs and website.


Job Role:

- Devise a content strategy that supports and extends marketing and partnership initiatives, and both short- and long-term goals for the brand.


- Ensure content marketing efforts drive awareness, acquisition, engagement and product adoption, leveraging multiple channels including but not limited to SEO, back-linking, off-site blogging, and co-marketing and Integration based Marketing.

- Ensure that the brand's messaging is clear, engaging and consistent, with the company's target audience in mind.

- Lead and manage the content marketing team as well as collaborate with the design and web teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout

- Set objectives for the content team and monitoring team members performance

- Work with analytics team to monitor and analyze how the various content marketing initiatives are driving leads and building brand awareness

- Drive continuous innovation in evolving formats most effective at engaging our target audience.

- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics

- Generate qualified leads from the content strategy

- Experience in Content publishing using CMS like Wordpress, Hubspot, Wix, Joomla, Wordpress or Drupal.5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing (SaaS preferred), with at least 2 years of experience owning the content marketing strategy and framework.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing (SaaS preferred), with at least 2 years of experience owning the content marketing strategy and framework.

- Knowledge of best practices regarding digital content, including SEO/SEM

- Expertise in conversion-driven copy for landing pages

- Experience managing teams of content writers

- Excellent written and communication skills, creative thinking, and problem solving as well as highly organized and self-motivated.

- Experience in visual content development tools like Powerpoint, Google Slide, Canva, Biteable, or Figma.

- Experience in Content publishing using CMS like Wordpress, Hubspot, Wix, Joomla, Wordpress or Drupal.
