Business Operations Manager
Job Role :
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
- Document business processes, flow charts, define KPIs, Standard Operating Procedures
- Automate business processes and compliance monitoring with help of IT Systems and SaaS products
- Participate in Strategic discussion and plans for each business unit
- Forge Industry partnerships in line with strategic plans
- Manage and identify training needs in coordination with HR
- Monitor daily processes, customer and talent onboarding, and systems
- Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures and identify improvements from time to time
- Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
- Take into account the needs of stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
Must-Have Skills :
- Good in process documentation, KPIs, and writing SOPs
- Experience in business operations, stakeholder coordination
- Experience in business analysis, project coordination, and change management
- Experience with automation tools
- Ability to jump between different projects and initiatives
- Ability to research, benchmark, and come up with recommendations
- Understanding of IT Services Industry
- Understanding of financial data
- Excellent communication skills
