Zonal Training Manager (Leading MNC Pharma Company)

Position : Zonal Training Manager (Leading MNC Pharma Company)

Role :

- Responsible for planning and implementing Sales training initiatives at the Zonal Level

- Accountable for planning, coordinating and executing the induction training at zonal level to all newly First Line Managers and Second Line Managers within predefined time frame

- Act as a champion for the implementation for the Company's Sales Models across the zone

- Evaluate all sales related training programs imparted at the zonal level. Provide relevant input to respective training providers (internal & external) to enhance the training effectiveness

- Coordinate and synergize with the Head office Training Team for all sales training initiatives planned both at all India and zonal level

Requirements :

- BPharm/ MPharm + MBA

- 11+ years- experience in Pharmaceutical Industry with at least 5 years as a Training Manager

- Extensive experience in Sales Training

Location : Chennai
