Zonal Training Manager- West (Agency Channel- Maharashtra, Karanataka, Goa)

CTC- Upto 18 lacs pa

- Leading Life Insurance company, candidate should have Life insurance experience agency side

- Geographies covered- Maharashtra, Karanataka, Goa

- Ensure effective trainings as per the guidelines to ensure that the productivity targets for each team member are being met.

- Collaborate with the Sales Team and Channel Partners so that the Training team is positioned as a sales enabler and knowledge center.

- Responsible for the grooming of trainers of the region, ensuring their all round growth and also the escalation points for their support needs so that quality trainers are created within the system.

- Ensure Timely submission of reports and other training processes as per the guidelines.
