Job Description :
- Design & supports execution of various learning interventions, talent management initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Implement various employee development initiatives across relevant employee groups and liaises with stakeholders to ensure coverage and roll out across geographies and businesses as required.
- Help drive participation in various learning interventions and build awareness through design and internal campaigns.
- Monitor the impact of learning interventions and prepares all relevant reports/ dashboards/ MIS with regards to progress indicators and final outcomes.
- Carry out analytics on learning needs/ employee survey feedback to engage with vendors and design relevant content.
- Work closely with various business stakeholders to implement customized programs for various lines of business.
