Role: Zonal Sales

Experience: 10 - 20 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Ensures achievement of primary and secondary targets for the designated zone.

2. Forecasts and plans sales. Manages inventory levels at CFA etc .

3. Defines the distribution structure and ensures distribution effectiveness.

4. Controls credit and ensures adherence to financial disciplines and controls.

5. Creates and maintains market hygiene in territory.

6. Ensures sales force effectiveness by managing, motivating and developing personnel.

7. Ensures adherence to norms and discipline in the zone.

8. Collects & collates market data and provides feedback to the division.

9. Coordinates with other departments.
