Zonal Sales Manager
- The ZSM will make Long term and Short Term Goals for business development of Company
- Coordinating between Company and Field Staff
- Making Business plans and strategies
- Drive attainment of the volume and value target for the Zone
- Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies
- Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sale of zone.
- Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
- Market review of new products and services
- Regular attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting of company
- Regular review with the team on company products, services and schemes
- Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors
- Maintaining key relationships personally
- Ensure building of cross functional synergies within the team to enable successful implementation of Trade Sales related initiatives
Qualifications :
Background :
- Should be an MBA from a good institute with 15-20 yrs of experience with the last 4-5 years in a tyre company. Should be currently in a similar role or in an RSM role for the last few years. Please share current salary with profile
