Experience in Direct Sales in TELECOM , INSURANCE , Broadband etc.

Job Description :

1. Responsible for Channel Sales and Distribution Network of Broadband business for Faridabad Region (Sales & Mktg, Revenue, and Capex – Opex, excellence and Customer grievances)

2. Promoted sales in the assigned territory across Faridabad in Residential Segment.

3. Handling the Non Financial Parameters i.e. Bill Default, Non pulsing, Churn, Complaints, wrong sales commitments.

4. Revenue analysis, Channel Management, Man power allocation, Mapping of channel performance.

5. Leading the Distribution Vertical in a highly competitive market.

6. Appointing the Distributors,Retailers & Agents for the broadband sales.

7. Train, Motivate and Develop Distributors & Retailers to ensure optimum productivity.

8. Analyze and implement Lead inflow patterns to enhance sales.

9. Conduct promotional activities with the help of Marketing & Distributors to increase sales.

10. Cross functional coordination to maintain and enhance customer delight.
