Urgently required a Zonal Sales Manager-West for SME loans (Secured & Unsecured) for a financial organization. Base location: Pune Area to be handled: entire west India Work Experience: - 7 - 10 years of SME Lending experience. - Preferably in NBFC environment. - Should have handled Teams for at least 3 years. Key Responsibilities:- - Responsible for driving and delivering budget numbers on Balance Sheet and Interest Income, Fee and Cross Sell Revenues month on month for SME business in the respective region. - Responsible for driving the execution of growth initiatives to deliver top-notch performance desired productivity, market presence, and region level profitability in line with company strategy and objectives. - Responsible for hiring, managing and motivating the Team and Individual performance. - Drive the activation and delivery agenda for new locations. - To provide sponsorship support to the deals and client engagements with internal and external stakeholders. - To build a strong credit orientation and familiarity in the team.
