Zonal Sales Manager| Sales & Marketing|FMCG | Mumbai & Bangalore(14+years)

Hiring for an opportunity of Zonal Sales Manager, in a fastest growing startup in India who is acting as an extended arm for big FMCG MNC companies of India. The client is looking for a candidate having a 10+ years of experience in GT sales while handling the turnover of 100cr annually, extensive experience in mass distribution and increasing the pan coverage of the zone. The candidate who has lead & manage team would be a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Achieving the sales target while applying the right strategies to complete the target for the month.

- Working on increasing the coverage of the FMCG products in his/her zone.

- Leading and managing a distributed team which will be responsible for the revenue for the zone.

- Working with the senior management in defining sales strategy and working on executing the plan based on the defined strategy.

- Conducting time to time reviews on the progress of business, weekly, monthly quarterly and on yearly basis.

Requirements :

- Should be having minimum 14+ years of experience in the Distribution and channel sales.

- One should have experience in handling a team consisting of 10-15 people.

- Should be a post graduate with a degree in management.

- Experience of working in FMCG sales would be preferred.

- Should be proactive person with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
