Profile :
- To handle half North Region (HARYANA, PUNJAB, RAJASTHAN, HP and J&K). Base location is Delhi or Gurgaon or Punjab.
- To handle the team of 5-8 Area Sales Managers.
- To enhance the entire Distribution / Go-To-Market in the assigned territory.
- Seasoned sales professionals from FMCG companies of repute handling large distribution oriented business.
- Responsible for planning and achieving monthly sales targets for geographies within the region and leading & assist ASMs in delivering Primary and Secondary numbers.
- To plan for network expansion and execute the same through increased retail footprint, and DBR/Channel partner expansion.
- Study market and proactively keep track of competition products, pricing, key activities and new launches through market contact plans for self and team. Assess impact of such activities and coordinate with Central teams to plan and execute responses.
- Identify & effectively implement (in consultation with the HO team) Key initiatives at regional level in the areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion & Sales Operation.
- The candidate must be adept at sales and distribution planning and should have handled a team in the past and in his current role
- Prior experience of a minimum of 5 years in General Trade in FMCG as an ASM/RSM is a must
