Desired experience:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Good understanding & exposure to the defined territory
- Strong connection with Architect & Interior Designers in the belt
- Connects with Reputed builders, Electrical contractors & consultants/specifiers will be an added advantage
- Experience in B2B handling, preferably with system integrators & installers
- Proven abilities in strategizing & Planning a sustainable business model

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for growing & handling business in the southern ( AP & Telangana) belt of the country
- Managing 4-5 members of the team, which includes Sales Engineers/Managers, Inside Sales & team leaders
- Executive Leadership & Team Management: Overseeing consensus building, teamwork & mentoring. Guiding the team to convert business drivers into practical results like profitable revenue, margin improvement, and satisfied customers
- Managing and growing business with existing customers & ensuring the addition of new potential prospects in the territory
- Aggressive expansion of tier 2 & tier 3 belt of the region
- Mentoring & retaining the current team and hiring/identifying the creative talents as and when required
- Ensuring the achievement of the Sales budget for the regions, ensuring the EBITDA & business profitability
- Cross-Functional Management: Responsible for all commercial activities & work closely with Sales, Operations, Pre-Sales, and Technical Support team to meet business needs
- Building stronger prospects & alliance partners within the region along with the team & work closely with Marketing to broaden the brand & technology presence in the region of responsibility
- Administering zone technical & service-related issues, along with defining & correcting the processes & TAT for the products
