Zonal Sales Manager-North and East-Advanced Wound Management for Delhi job location.

Company is U.S based MNC.They have leadership positions in Orthopaedic Reconstruction, Advanced Wound Management, Sports Medicine and Trauma.Annual sales in 2011 were nearly $4.3 billion.Constituent of the UK"s FTSE100 and our shares are traded on London Stock Exchange and through American Depository Receipts on the New York Stock Exchange.

Experience: Min. 8 years in sales (medical devices or pharmaceutical industry or surgical)

Reporting to Divisional Head.

Key Result Areas:

1. Achieving regional sales target, with a bias towards ensuring that productwise and individual team member’s sales targets are also achieved.

2. Maintaining sales records, analyzing the same, and ensuring that sales trends analyses are communicated to field staff, with clear future action plans.

3. Training, counseling, motivating and skill development of the team members.

4. Managing the distribution channels of assigned zone. Developing cordial professional relationships with key channel partners, with a view to aligning their activities & investment with corporate objectives to drive sales growth.

5. Liaise with the institutional stockists/liaison agents and hospital stores & purchase personnel to strengthen the availability and usage of our products in the institutional segment.

6. Interact with supply chain team at Central Warehouse and DCB staff for discussing sales forecasts, demand planning, inventory control, treatment of short expiry stock, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers

7. Responsible for overall sales administration pertaining to the assigned zone.

8. Organizing, participating & ensure effective promotion of assigned company products during medical seminars and conferences.

9. Interaction with HO Marketing to procure technical and marketing information, and formulating tactics for field sales promotion.

10. Ensuring ethical promotion of products to medical practitioners and hospitals. Developing key accounts, and Key Opinion Leaders for the focus products.

11. Developing regional pricing, coverage & business development strategies in consultation with the divisional manager for developing the trade and institutional business in the region.

12. Ensure that self and all team members comply with ‘Code of Ethics’ as prescribed by the company from time to time.
