Zonal Sales Manager
Our Client : An Indian growing pharma company
Job Responsibility :
Zonal Sales Manager role would be responsible for delivering the overall business for the region, through a team size of almost 30 employees. This role will also be responsible for managing the customer relationships in the region and on ground execution of the key strategy business imperatives.
Primary Responsibility :
- Co-creation of the business plan with the National/Sales Manager and finalizing the targets for the zone.
- Monitor the performance of all team members; prepare DSM-wise / product-wise targets for each - headquarter.
- Obtain proactive feedback from doctors and retailers on present and future needs;
- Coordinate with PMT to ensure adequate field support for new products.
- Build Maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and convert/retain them.
- Administer the strategic planning and annual budgeting for assigned region by estimating the future potential of current accounts, last year's performance, scanning of prospective customers and identifying new opportunities beyond existing portfolio.
- Ensure proper induction of new recruits with the support of Human Resource, develop team by identifying gaps in skills / knowledge for present & future roles
Essential : Currently in Second Line position with Minimum 12 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical. At least 3-4 years' experience in handling large teams of ASMs and FSO's.
