Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Enhancing brand visibility and accelerating business growth through aggressive business development strategies.
- Person should have strong Geographical Knowledge.
- Build the entire Sales Organization for the Region.
- Planning and executing sales strategies to achieve desired volume and market share.
- Distribution Expansion for the Zone.
- Plan and built the Sales Infrastructure for assigned Geography.
- Create a strong network of C&FA and distributor across Zone to build Sales volume to the current level.
- Establish complete sales and distribution channel, processes and policies for Zone.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Should have experience in setting up things from scratch
- Strong channel relationships in the particular region.
- 12 to 16 years of experience in Sales mostly from Personal Care Industry & Foods.
- Wide experience in General Trade.
- Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability
