Title- Zonal Sales Manager

Job Location- Guwahati

Qualification- MBA from Tier1/2 College

Job Purpose:

- Incumbent shall responsible for managing Sales & Distribution for Refinish Business

- Shall responsible for managing the annual business of 30-40Cr.

- Sales Planning for Retail and Bodyshop Channels- Handling Retail and B2B Verticals

- Ensuring service operations and delivery for key channel partners

- Ensuring alignment of business strategies by coordinating with all key interfaces- Supply Chain, Commercial and Training

Key Deliverables of this role:

- Formulating market specific plans

- Achieving Sales targets

- Managing Receivables effectively

- New Business Development - Channel and End User

- Managing and Developing Customer Relations

- Managing and Developing team members
