Qualification- MBA from Tier1/2 College Job Purpose :

- Incumbent shall responsible for managing Sales & Distribution for Refinish Business

- Sales Planning for Retail and Bodyshop Channels - Handling Retail and B2B Verticals

- Ensuring service operations and delivery for key channel partners

- Ensuring alignment of business strategies by coordinating with all key interfaces- Supply Chain, Commercial and Training

- Formulating market specific plans

- Managing Receivables effectively

- New Business Development - Channel and End User - Managing and Developing Customer Relations
