Description - Leading MNC operating in the OTC space looking to hire a seasoned Zonal Sales Manager to lead a 25cr business while managing a team of an RSM and 6 to 8 TSM/ASMs.

Our client is a large Multi-national conglomerate with exposure to multiple industries - Healthcare being one of the focused ones. India is a key market for the organization, hence the organization is adding a senior layer to the hierarchy to focus on growing and building the business.
Description :
As a Zonal Sales Manager, you will report to the National Sales Manager
- Manage a team which includes a manager and further team of 6 to 8 TSM/ASMs.
- Manage the P&L of the assigned Zone
- Motivate the team to realize their individual and organizational objectives
- Devise and execute the business strategy
Profile :
- The suitable candidate comes with 12 to 15 years experience in Sales, Team management and Distributor Management in the OTC segment. A stable career path with MNCs will be a strong preference.
- Only candidates that have significant experience in selling to chemists and pharmacies through distributors may apply.
